• Fees for completed work may apply as per the agreement
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the appropriate Canadian courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
